Return Policy

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Karlyn's Gallery will exchange for the same product and pay for the exchange shipping costs. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange defective items. In the event that your product can not be replaced, we will issue a store credit.
